Pei Man Xilou is a member of the Northern Barbarian tribes’ delegation. He captivated the scholar class of Da Feng with his extensive knowledge. He is a young, white-haired man with handsome features, a constant smile, and often squinting eyes. He is not only highly skilled in martial arts but also possesses a deep understanding of Central Plains culture. He is the author of the “Northern Study Grand Canon” (北斋大典).
