Ji Qian is a character in the online novel “Da Feng Da Geng Ren” (大奉打更人), written by the author “Selling Newspaper Little Gentleman” (卖报小郎君).

Ji Qian is the eldest son of the city lord of Qianlong City, with a prominent background but a proud and arrogant personality. When he saw Xu Qi’an’s strong rise, he became jealous. During the Nine-Colored Lotus incident, Ji Qian rashly challenged Xu Qi’an, not only offering a reward for his capture but also wantonly killing disciples of the Daoist Di Sect, which angered Xu Qi’an.
