Gā Luó Shù Bodhisattva is a character in the web novel “Da Feng Da Geng Ren” (大奉打更人) and related works by the author “Mai Bao Xiao Lang Jun” (卖报小郎君).

Gā Luó Shù Bodhisattva is one of the Four Great Bodhisattvas of Buddhism, and supports Hinayana in the debate between Mahayana and Hinayana. He is one of the most powerful warriors in Buddhism, second only to the Buddha. Although ranked as First Rank (一品), he is still a top-tier existence. Below the Transcendent Rank (超品), he possesses the strongest defense. During the Yun Province rebellion, he joined forces with Xu Pingfeng, Bai Di, and Hei Lian to besiege the Jail Warden (监正). In the Tribulation-Crossing Battle (渡劫之战), he was defeated by Xu Qi’an, who had just advanced to First Rank. After seeing that the situation in Yun Province was irreversible, he decided to break his agreement with Xu Pingfeng. After the great calamity was quelled, he was imprisoned in the Si Tian Jian’s (司天监) prison.

His eyes are deep, containing majesty, making one feel “as if standing before an abyss” (如临深渊).
