When blood and qi cultivation reaches this point, and the Qi Gathering Stage is perfected, further cultivation requires internal observation and visualization.

Internal observation and visualization involve collecting the sun’s essence during the Qi Gathering Stage, an external process of acquiring essence to strengthen blood and qi. Internal observation, on the other hand, is an inward examination, observing the body itself, opening the realm of Xiyi, seeing the internal organs and extraordinary scenes, both illusory and profound. At that stage, the Five Qi converge, harmonizing and transforming into vital energy, marking the completion of the Qi Gathering Stage. Only after achieving mastery in Qi Gathering can one see the gates of the human body and advance to the next realm.

During internal observation, the eyes are half-closed, with only a sliver of light remaining. Observe your breath, focus your spirit between your eyes, transform your spirit into a single thought, and refine this thought into divine sense. After refining consciousness into divine sense, the light before you will appear as a door. Entering through this door leads to the realm of Xiyi within the body.

Opening the realm of Xiyi allows one to use divine sense to regulate and draw in the energy of the Five Mountains, completing the Five Qi Convergence. Containing the Five Qi within and transforming them into vital energy allows for further advancement. “Sha” refers to the evil energy within the body, polluting blood and qi. Martial arts cultivation first requires refining a body of “Sha” and then shedding it to attain the seventh level of martial arts. Visualization involves establishing an image in the air, solidifying the divine sense. First Gate Opening Stage: Opens the Tail Vertebra Gate, unlocking the door to Qi refining and the road to the Heavenly River. Jade Pool Stage: Plucking water from the Jade Pool to be reborn, cultivating the Primordial Spirit.

Ascension Stage:

Yellow Court Secret Treasury: The secret treasury in the human spleen is called the Yellow Court, the chamber of the soul. The Grotto-Heaven within the treasury resembles an earthenware jar. Probing into it reveals a piece of Xuanhuang Qi, faintly revealing golden and glorious palaces behind it. The Yellow Court Secret Treasury absorbs divine sense immortal medicines, strengthening the spirit and enhancing perception.

Vermillion Palace Secret Treasury: The secret treasury in the human heart is called the Vermillion Palace, the center of the six secrets, governing the power of the heart. “The Vermillion Palace is bright, my moon furnace, the spirit platform is silent, the great mysterious altar.” Opening my moon furnace Grotto-Heaven in the heart and eyes strengthens the Heavenly Heart Fire and collects the essence of the heart, strengthening the physique and enhancing blood and qi.

Jade Pool Secret Treasury: Three inches below the navel is a secret treasury called the Jade Pool, located in the realm of Xiyi. In this realm, a sea of qi floats in the air, and below the sea of qi is the Jade Pool. The Jade Pool Secret Treasury corresponds to the Jade Void Palace, receiving vital energy immortal medicines to cultivate the foundation and enhance aptitude.

Gushing Spring Secret Treasury: Deep within the Nether Sea is a secret treasury called the Gushing Spring, with a lotus flower about to bloom floating above it. This lotus flower is the Gushing Spring Secret Treasury. There are two Gushing Spring Secret Treasuries, one in each foot. Opening both together counts as opening the Gushing Spring Secret Treasury. The Gushing Spring Secret Treasury contains soul immortal medicines, which can strengthen the soul and imperishable true spirit.

Hidden Scene Potential Transformation: Nascent Masters refine a small immortal realm within their bodies, ultimately hiding and transforming within it, achieving immortality. The specific location of each person’s secret treasury is different. Most people require the help of a Great Nascent with profound cultivation to locate it. However, there is a drawback: the Grotto-Heaven will be controlled by the opener. Martial arts generate all things, create nature, and can evolve into five of the six human secret treasuries.

Martial arts vitality, martial arts power, martial arts divine sense, martial arts soul, and martial arts vital energy correspond to the Niwan, Vermillion Palace, Yellow Court, Gushing Spring, and Jade Pool secret treasuries, leaving only the Yin and Yang energies of the Jade Capital secret treasury untouched!

But this is different from the human six secret treasury Grotto-Heavens.

Martial arts can be highly internally refined, about an inch in size.

Activating the human six secrets, the Grotto-Heaven will become extremely bright, with a shocking aura!

Martial arts do not gather heaven and earth vital energy, do not steal immortal medicines, but rely on a spirit of courage and advancing, strengthening the body and refining blood and qi, ultimately achieving the same achievements as Nascent Masters and Qi Refiners, and can stand side by side with Nascent Masters and Qi Refiners.

Incense Cultivation System

Gods gather faith and the qi of incense, gaining supernatural powers, which allows them to be called gods. Gods enjoy sacrifices, cultivate magical power for a hundred years, and refine a golden body for three hundred years.

Sentient beings pray to the gods, seeking favorable weather, blessings for descendants, long-term peace and stability, or many children and abundant harvests. These thoughts are similar to the visualization of Qi Refiners and Nascent Masters. Combined with the qi of incense, they become magical power.

A god’s magical power depends on two things: one is the years of worship. The longer the years, the stronger the magical power. The second is the number of worshippers. The more people worshipping the god, the stronger the magical power.

Incense bestows divinity. As long as the divine position remains, and the flow of incense is constant the magical power becomes increasingly profound. Over time, it will exist between heaven and earth, and the body will naturally gradually have heavenly Dao runes. Such gods ascending to the Heavenly Dao world are the Heavenly Gods there.

In the countryside, bestowing divinity is very simple. After a virtuous elder passes away, build an ancestral hall, make a statue with clay or wood, place the memorial tablet in front of the statue, and offer sacrifices daily. Over time, the statue will have divine anomalies. However, village gods have another name: grass-roots gods.

Afterward, most of the demon clans who cultivate into Demon Kings are drawn in by the Yin Court and appointed as Mountain Gods and River Gods, managing mountains and rivers for the Yin Court.

The bestowal of divinity in towns is different from that in the countryside. The gods in towns all have Yin Court designations and must be conferred by the Yin Court. During the Zhi Dao Grand Sage Great Ming Filial Emperor Dynasty, emperors even conferred titles, which was very solemn.

In the Yin Court, the god who manages a county is called the City God, with a temple. The City God lives in the temple. The god who manages a prefecture is called the Regional Governor, with a mansion. The Regional Governor lives in the mansion.

Further up are Ghost Generals, Ghost Kings, and Judges.

Primordial Behemoths

These creatures are born kings and primordial gods, receiving sacrifices from all beasts, giving them unimaginable divine power.

They are now extinct, but many descendants with this bloodline still exist. These may be some inconspicuous exotic beasts, but if the ancient bloodline in their bodies begins to awaken, they can transform into Primordial Behemoths.

Divine objects possess Dao images, which can be comprehended and transformed into supernatural powers.

Grotto-Heavens and Blessed Lands

The closer the Ascension location is to the Immortal Realm, the weaker the thunder tribulation is. Therefore, Qi Refiners seek out Ascension locations to undergo tribulation. Some people categorize the Ascension locations of the world, dividing them into thirty-six Grotto-Heavens and seventy-two Blessed Lands. These Grotto-Heavens and Blessed Lands are all Ascension locations where immortals have ascended, leaving behind the glow of Ascension.

However, after the appearance of the super heavenly tribulation, the thirty-six Grotto-Heavens and seventy-two Blessed Lands are completely ineffective. Any Ascension Stage Qi Refiner who undergoes tribulation in a Grotto-Heaven or Blessed Land cannot pass the heavenly tribulation.
