Ancestor Jiyin, whose surname is Wu, is one of the disciples of Xuan Gu Shangren. He plotted against his master Xuan Gu and sealed him on a deserted island. Afterwards, he cultivated in seclusion underwater for a hundred years and mastered the supernatural power of Tiandu Corpse Fire (天都尸火). He instructed Wu Chou to set up a trap to kidnap the master of the Hidden Kill Sect, this betraying disciple, and seized the Fragmented Map of the Void Sky Palace (虚天残图). After entering the Void Sky Palace (虚天殿), he constantly coveted Han Li’s Blood Jade Spider and forcibly accepted Han Li as his disciple, conspiring with Man Huzi (蛮胡子) and Green Robe Layman (青衣居士) to seize the Void Sky Cauldron (虚天鼎). Later, in the inner hall, he had Han Li use the Blood Jade Spider to lift the Void Sky Cauldron. Han Li was ambushed by a Star Palace Elder, and the attempt to seize the cauldron failed. Jiyin joined the battle to seize the Heaven Mending Pill (补天丹). In the chaos, the Void Sky Cauldron was taken away by Han Li. Jiyin was always brooding over this matter. Later, he even came to Qiyuan Island to track Han Li, colluding with True Person Miao He (妙鹤真人) and using the Biyun Sect (碧云门) to investigate Han Li’s whereabouts. Once, Jiyin encountered Man Huzi, who had been severely injured by Lu Daoji Sheng (陆道极圣). The two fought for three days and three nights. Jiyin defeated Man Huzi, causing his physical body to collapse, captured his Nascent Soul (元婴), exterminated his entire clan, and used secret techniques to stimulate the potential of Man Huzi’s Nascent Soul, torturing it and forcing him to reveal the whereabouts of the Heaven Mending Pill. Many years later, Han Li searched the soul of Miao He and learned that Jiyin was guarding the spiritual vein on Biling Island (碧灵岛). Han Li sneaked into Biling Island, subdued Jiyin, and Jiyin’s Nascent Soul was handed over to Man Huzi by Han Li to be devoured, resulting in his death.
