Mu Yumo is known as the most beautiful woman in Dark River (暗河), the top assassin organization. She is incredibly alluring and extremely dangerous, her body filled with poisons. She continuously pursues Xiao Se (萧瑟), and after several failed attempts to assassinate Tang Lian (唐莲), she falls in love with him.

Character Story

Mu Yumo is a member of the Dark River (暗河) organization. She is ordered to assassinate the male protagonist, Xiao Se (萧瑟). Due to the intervention of Jin Wei (瑾威), one of the five great eunuchs of the Northern Li Dynasty (北离王朝), she is unable to act and can only temporarily give up. However, later, Jin Wei (瑾威) chooses to leave and return to Tianqi City (天启城), so Mu Yumo has ideas again. In order to complete the mission, she continues to lead people to assassinate Xiao Se (萧瑟), setting a trap on Liuli Island (琉璃岛) early on. During the battle of Lei Fortress (雷家堡), she uses her superior numbers to besiege Lei Qianhu (雷千虎), the Lord of Lei Fortress (雷家堡), ultimately ending in a draw with both sides suffering heavy losses. Afterwards, Mu Yumo follows Su Changhe (苏昌河), the Grand Steward of Dark River (暗河), to Tianqi City (天启城), where they seek a path to glory for Dark River (暗河). Subsequently, Mu Yumo ultimately breaks with Su Changhe (苏昌河), and the two become incompatible. After Su Changhe’s (苏昌河) whereabouts are exposed, he is besieged and killed by a group of experts, and Mu Yumo eventually returns to Dark River (暗河).
